This Daimler Dart has just emerged from a four year total nut and bolt rebuild, the car was selected from the US for drier climbs and original rust free chassis, the car has had a no expense spared full restoration by Daimler Dart club member and Engineer Fred Townsend to the highest of standards, the body was removed from the chassis and striped to the gel coat and professionally painted to a highest standard, every item has been overhauled or replaced on the car, the engine was rebuilt and fully balanced and has covered less than 400 running in miles since, as were the axle and gearbox, during the rebuild the chassis was uprated to B Specification along with other other updates of Rack and Pinion Steering, Moto - Lita Steering Wheel, Electronic Fan, Upgraded Radiator, Robert Grinter Telescopic Rear Dampers, Poly Bushed, Full interior re trim including Seats, Dash, New Wiring Loom, Door Trims, Carpets, Boot Carpet, Hood, Hood Bag and Full Tonneau cover, P700 Head Lamps, AC Socket for Charging, the Dart comes with its original rare Tool roll, Jack and Tools, Full Workshop Manual, Original Red Handbook and Supplement Book, plus some other unique features, Photographed progress of the restoration through restoration, MOT October 2022, Original Heritage Trust Certificate, This Dart is truly superb and looks, drives and feels like a new car, Over £70K spent achieving this standard, there are several high level Darts on the market at the moment and I would implore interested parties to view this one last, you wont be disappointed and its colour and trim combination is probably one of the best.
